With a passion for property she loves seeing her clients achieve their goals and being a part of the process. 

Janukshi’s legal career began in residential conveyancing (ACT and NSW) and having worked in National and successful boutique property practices in Canberra, both for developers and for buyers, she understands how important buying or selling your home is.  

With an extensive background in both residential and commercial conveyancing, including mixed use developments, Janukshi is a force to be reckoned with. 

Outcomes focused, Janukshi’s approach to her work is commercial and practical and she appreciates the value in parties working collaboratively to reach the desired outcome.

Phoebe You

LAWYER

Phoebe joined Jamonts Legal Advisory in July 2024 as a junior Lawyer. 

Her academic background, combined with her previous legal experience in commercial dispute and litigation, has provided her with a solid foundation in property law.

Phoebe specialised in residential and commercial conveyancing, offering clients expert support in property transactions across ACT and NSW. She focuses on enduring a smooth process for clients involved in sales, purchases, leasing, and other property matters. 

In addition, her prior work in accounting has strengthened her time management and attention to detail – skills that are essential for handling complex property transactions. This experience enables her to meticulously manage client files and ensure that all aspects of a transaction are addressed, helping clients navigate their property matters with confidence.

Nora Li

Conveyancing clerk

Nora is an experienced conveyancer, who has worked at a National Law Firm and successful boutique property practices in Canberra. 

Nora has extensive experience working in development conveyancing, and regularly assists with the purchase and sale of residential property in the ACT and NSW. 

Her attention to detail and strong work ethic ensures that Nora is able to facilitate the transaction in a professional and efficient manner.

Annelise Benitez Gatto

Administrative Conveyancing Clerk

Annelise holds a degree in Law and Social Sciences from Argentina’s National University of the Northeast.

Her legal journey has seen her navigate both civil and common law systems. 

She currently assists on our Conveyancing and Property Transfer matters, whilst looking forward to expanding her legal career and knowledge.

Annelise fosters strong relationships with our clients and thrives on achieving the best outcomes for them.

Fluent in both Spanish and English, she possesses a unique understanding of diverse cultural backgrounds. Beyond the office, she enjoys travelling and supporting the Canberra Royals rugby team.

Eliza Lindsay

Paralegal

Eliza is one of the newest additions to the Jamonts Legal Team and is currently studying a Bachelor of Laws (Honours)/International Security at ANU.

Her passion for law combined with her outstanding organisational skills enable Eliza to offer quality assistance and establish great relationships with clients. Eliza’s extensive background in customer service makes her a friendly point of contact for every matter and helps make every experience seamless.

With a particular interest in Property Law, Eliza’s work at Jamonts is building a strong foundation for her future achievements. Her work ethic, versatile abilities, collaborative mindset, and exceptional learning skills make her an essential part of the Jamonts Legal Team.

Emily Ryan

Office Administration

Emily has numerous years of customer service experience in a range of varied positions, joining the Jamonts team in office administration, providing the team with knowledge and support in all areas of conveyancing.

Through this experience, she has established a confident and effective way of communicating with clients, ensuring they receive all information and assistance needed in an efficient manner. 

Emily has a strong interest in property law and finds great satisfaction out of assisting clients in their sales or purchases. Emily is consistently eager to support clients and is committed to providing pristine customer care in all areas of her work.

Grace Brown 

Administration Assistant

Grace is a dedicated and enthusiastic full-time student. Grace works part-time as an Administrative Assistant at Jamonts Legal, where she plays a vital role in supporting the team.

She has a keen interest in conveyancing and enjoys assisting clients in securing their homes. Grace is always eager to learn more about the legal industry, and her attention to detail, strong work ethic, and friendly approach makes Grace a valued member of the Jamonts Legal team.

Outside of work and study, Grace enjoys playing basketball and hockey, spending time with family and friends, and expanding her knowledge of property law. She aspires to further her career in the legal sector and is committed to providing excellent support to both clients and colleagues.
